After a very well attended AGM, 42 players including guests devoured a sandwich lunch before setting foot on the first tee.
As usual the course was in excellent playing condition as reflected in the scoring. Most of the round was played in dry but blustery conditions with the heavens opening for the majority in the later stages.
Winner of the Bill Watford Trophy with an excellent score of 38 points was Theo Ziffo. Runner up on countback was Kim Harris with 37 points.
Messrs Suchak, Rankin(first event) and Bingham(Guest) took nearest the pins.
Team winners (and no fixing again) were Messrs Hopkins, Loud and Foster with 84 points with Runners up Messrs Fry, Britton and Harris a point behind.
